From the very first visit, through the planning phase and onto the build and construction Mermaid were very reliable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they listened to our wishes. All the staff are reliable and friendly. We have Mermaid maintain our pool and they keep the pool and water quality to a high standard. If we have any minor problems or concerns they always come over to sort them out in a timely fashion.
